Curiosity deserves evidence.
The Conspiracy Index is a research encyclopedia for theories, allegations and documented covert activities. It does not automatically endorse or dismiss a claim because of its subject matter.
How information is classified
Documented: A specific program, event or action is established by reliable records. This does not validate every theory associated with it.
Documented proposal: Evidence establishes that a plan was proposed, not necessarily executed.
Unresolved: Available evidence does not justify a firm conclusion.
Unsubstantiated: Adequate evidence for the asserted claim has not been established.
Disproven: A specific claim is contradicted by decisive evidence.
Research principles
Distinguish documented facts from allegations, hypotheses and disproven claims. Cite primary documents where available. Present significant contradictory evidence. Never treat absence of evidence as proof of a cover-up, or a shared person as proof of coordination.
